Training Company / Courses for the Macromedia Suite

Could anyone recommend any company / courses which run an efficient course on Macromedia tools like Flash and Dreamweaver? We are in south east London. We have been to a few, some brilliant, others rather inefficient!
Any suggestions welcome

PS: this is particularly in view of delivering the OCR Nationals
PS2: I have read in some places that some primary teachers run clubs for Flash and design animations at that level.... does anyone know more about this?

I'm not sure if this will help, due to my location (Wigan), but I am running another Flash course in November time as part of my Lead Practitioner role.

I ran one last November for the cost of £51 per delegate - the money goes to the SSAT not me. The course lasts a whole day, lunch included, and was very well received. I cover areas such as graphics, static text, input text, dynamic text, shape tweens, motion tweens, motion guides, buttons, sound. It really is a crash course for beginners! If you have little Flash experience, this is the course for you!
